MSU Broad MBA interviews – what is the admissions committee looking for?
The 21-month Full-time MBA Program at the Broad College of Business has one of the most diverse student population—in terms of ethnicity, gender, national origin, and professional experience. The program has just around 100 students entering the Full-Time MBA degree program each fall, and has an extensive admission criterion for selecting the best among the large pool of applicants. MSU Broad MBA interview questions therefore are quite ‘broad-ranged’ (no pun intended) too. Expect to answer questions on specific challenges you have faed, your approach to certain situations, and your choice of career. Also expect your interviewer to touch upon non-academic and non-professional aspects of your profile, such as interests outside work, key challenges you have faced, your background and exposure to multi-cultural work environments, and of course, your ambitions in life.
